Analysts

Each term, our analysts are responsible for crafting a financial report for the company assigned to them by our Portfolio Managers. This company can be one that we currently hold or one our team is looking to add to our portfolio. For every academic year, the financial report that is deemed "the best" is displayed on our website.

Alireza Kheiri

Alireza holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Economics. After gaining several years of experience as a financial analyst in the investment banking sector, he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Financial Analytics to enhance his quantitative skills. Having already passed the CFA Level 1 exam, he is now working towards obtaining his CFA designation. By joining OSIG, he aims to transition his career towards becoming a Portfolio Manager.

Trystan Paine

Trystan is a finance and BIS student serving in the Marine Corps. He enjoys the daily obstacles presented by investing and designing strategic financial plans for the future. Outside of class, you can find Trystan hiking, fishing, or camping. Upon graduating in 2025, Trystan will serve as a Marine Corps Officer with an interest in pursuing venture capitalism afterwards

Alivia Stiles

Alivia is majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Economics. Financial literacy and business competence have always been important values to Alivia, and she is thrilled to be exercising both during her time at OSIG. After undergrad, she plans to attend law school on the east coast and work as a corporate lawyer, one day eventually moving into politics. In the fashion of a true born-and-raised Oregonian, Alivia enjoys exploring the great outdoors, playing sports with her friends, and traveling in her free time.

Veniamin Kuzichev

Venya is a second-year Economics and Finance double-major at Oregon State. Past general financial literacy, he was drawn to OSIG to learn more about the basic principles that guide the decisions made by large investment funds. After graduating, he plans on pursuing a career in either consulting or investment banking, and returning to school a few years later to obtain his MBA. Outside of the classroom, Venya enjoys running, weightlifting, and skiing.

Madison Dowd

Madison is a first year majoring in Business Administration and plans on switching to Finance this coming fall! She enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and adventuring. Madison can't wait to see what OSIG holds for her and the growth she will experience!

Andrei Stancescu

Andrei is an electrical and computer engineering major with a minor in economics. He likes the aspect of option trading in investing, trading companies in different indexes. Andrei enjoys OSIG as he is able to learn about a company's fundamentals and how this correlates with it's stock. In the future, Andrei plans to work in computational finance. Outside of finance, he enjoys the occasional pick-up basketball game. running, and hiking mountains.

Cora Almajan

Cora Almajan is majoring in Finance with a minor in Political Science. After graduation, she plans to go to law school and pursue a career in corporate law. Cora wants to apply the knowledge that she is learning in OSIG into her career, further developing her financial literacy. In her free time, Cora enjoys hanging out her friends and traveling.

Rex Wallin

Rex is a finance major with a strong passion for investments and a future career in the finance world. Outside of academics, he is outdoors, working out, or spending quality time with his family.

Cj Antonucci

CJ is a finance major with a minor in marketing. He enjoys learning about various companies and exploring new techniques for trading and valuing stocks. In the future, CJ hopes to work in wealth management. In his free time, he likes to go snowboarding and hiking.

Jospeh Flaig

I am a 4th year finance student. I became interested in finance after my father taught me about investing in grade school. I aim to start a career in asset management in Seattle post graduation. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and collecting watches.

Holt Wallin

Holt is currently pursuing a Finance degree. Holt enjoys learning about the investment world and is eager to build a strong portfolio for himself in the future. Some of his hobbies include working out, getting outdoors, and spending time with friends. Through OSIG Holt hopes to gain a high level of market analysis skills.

Nick Gionatti

Nick enjoys the real world applicable skills and techniques the group offers as well as being able to learn from other members. Nick is currently majoring in Finance and hopes to work in the financial industry. In Nicks spare time he likes to ski, hike, and watch football with his friends.

Dola Popoola

Dola is pursuing a double degree in Finance and Marketing. Inspired by her upbringing in an immigrant household, she is dedicated to helping others build financial literacy and confidence. She enjoys sharpening her analytical skills and plans to work in investment banking or wealth management. In her free time, Dola loves staying active and spending time with friends.
